Presidential Council Welcomes Convening of State Council.

Tripoli, 6 April 2016(Lana) The Presidential Council of the National
Consensus Government welcomed, in a statement on Tuesday, the
convening of the first session of the Supreme State Council, a step
it said, was in the right direction towards building state
institutions in line with the political agreement signed by the
Libyan parties.
The Council underpinned the key role of the House of
Representatives, hoping it would be able to resume sessions to
fulfill its obligation and to work with the state council to
implement the political agreement to get the country out of the
current crisis.
