Tripoli, 05.04.2016 (Lana) Salah Al-Makhzom, State Supreme
Council member described the GNC session Tuesday to amend the
Constitutional Declaration as historic and millstone which
transformed GNC into State Supreme Council.
In a statement to Lana after the opening session of the State
Supreme Council, Al-Makhzom said the Constitutional Declaration was
made based on Article 65 of the political accord that the Libyan
people have to resort to protect partition of libya, control by
terrorism and end sufferings of Libyans.
The SSC is to augment other parties to dialogue; House of
Representatives and Presidential Council and set off to assume their
work and this is a victory for 17th February Revolution.
