Al Kone: NAG Ready to Go to Tobruk to Discuss With Parliament.
Pulbished on:
Tripoli, 4 April 2016(Lana) The Deputy Head of the Presidential
Council of the National Accord Government Ibrahim Al Kone said the
government was prepared to go to Tobruk, to discuss with the House of
Representatives if asked to do so.
It is normal that the Government of National Accord discusses with
the House all issues, Al Kone said in statements on Sunday.
He said the House of Representatives did not react to the Government
formula, despite the fact that it was altered at the request of the
House, when it refused to endorse the first cabinet because of the
huge number of ministers.
He noted that 'non-response either way by the Parliament meant it
has implicitly approved it.
Al Kone said the Government will, in the next couple of days, take
hold of premises of ministries in Tripoli, and would seek to retake
the premises in the east of the country.
