Central Bank of Libya calls on state institutions to cooperate with presidential council.

Tripoli, 03.04.2016(Lana) Central Bank of Libya called on all state
institutions to cooperate with the National Accord Government (NAG)
and its presidential council to restore security and restart the
wheel of the economy and restore oil and gas exports immediately.
In a statement Sunday CBoL welcomed NAG's Presidential Council
assuming its tasks from the capital Tripoli.
The bank urged the government to make a fresh start for a new stage
that ends the state of divisions and alleviate the sufferings of the
Libyans. It also called for unifying sovereign state institutions and
stop the hemorrhage of corruption and ration spending and collect
sovereign revenues and provide legislative environment that
encourages private enterprises and develop laws and ease bureaucracy.
It underlined that Libya is undergoing difficult stage that requires
decisive decisions and employing the voice of reason and pursuing the
principle of dialogue as a solution to all disputes undergone by the
country.
The NAG 's Presidential Council convened Thursday a meeting with the
Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Al-Sadiq Al-Kabair with whom
it discussed possible solutions to the cash crisis encountering
commercial banks and opening of documentary credits for basic food
staff and medicine.
The meeting concluded according to the CBoL by emphasizing the need
for constructive cooperation among state institutions to provide
basic needs and address the crisis encountering the country at all
levels.
