New-York, 02.04.2016 - Lana - The international security council , had welcomed the arrival of the presidential council , headed by "Fayez al-Saraj" to the capital Tripoli. The security council members , in a statement issued on Friday , described the presidential council's entry to Tripoli , as an important step towards achieving stability in the country , and the return of the political process to its right path. "Security council members , encourage the presidential council to start its work immediately in Tripoli , to widen the base of support , and resolving the political , humanitarian , economical and institutional challenges facing Libya , and the increase of terrorist threat" ; the statement added. =Lana=
