Tripoli, 31.03.2016(Lana) Presidential Council of the
National Accord Government and Supreme State Council held Thursday
a meeting.
Members of the Presidential Council Mohamed Al-Emari underlined
in a statement to Lana that members of the State Supreme Council
voiced their full support to the Presidential Council and blessed the
Council's move into Tripoli and declaring the start of work of the
government.
Al-Emari explained that the State Supreme Council offered all its
expertise to the Presidential Council and create safe and secure
environment in Tripoli to start work of the government and hand over
state institutions and reassure the public in Tripoli.
Al-Emari pointed out in its statement to Lana that the
Presidential Council is very keen on the important role of the State
Supreme Council as body emanating from the political accord and its
role in the next stage together with the House of Representatives.
On hand over of the official headquarters of the government,
Al-Emari said so far the headquarters of the government has not been
taken, pointing out that the agency supervising the security of the
headquarters in contact with the presidential Council and from whom
it takes instructions and ready to hand over the headquarters
whenever the Council decides so.
