Algerian Army Calls for 'More Commitment' in Confronting Security Commitment.

Algiers, 14 March 2106(Lana) The Algerian Army on Sunday called for
'extra commitment' in confronting 'unprecedented disturbances' in the
region particularly in neighboring Libyan Tunisia.
'The current disturbances and unprecedented security breaches
threaten dire consequences on the security and stability of our
region, said Lieutenant General Ahmed Gayed Saleh Deputy Defence
Minister and Chief of Staff of the National Popular Army in Algeria.
This imposes on us in the National Popular Army to be more
vigilant so that Algeria remains protected and formidable, Saleh said
on a visit to the 4th Military Region in Wergla.
