Ban Ki-Mon , expresses his concern over the situation in Libya.

Nouakchott, 05.03.2016 - Lana - The united nations general secretary 
'Ban Ki-Mon' , today morning , left Mauritania heading to Algeria , 
in the framework of a tour to west and north Africa , according to 
the official Mauritanian news agency.
 The UNSG 'Ki-Mon' , during his meeting with the Mauritanian PM , 
expressed "his deep concern over the situation in libya".
The UNSG said , "there are disturbing reports on great violations to 
human-rights , including dangerous violations that could constitute 
war crimes".
He added ; "all those influence owners should use their ability to 
calm the situation and stop the fighting , and it's totally 
irresponsible for any party to fuel the conflict".
"My special envoy 'Martin Kobler' facilitates negotiations to form a 
national reconciliation government , the delay will only lead to 
worsening the catastrophic  humanitarian situation actually" ; he 
continued.
He asserted that ; " at the mean time , we are facing the terrible 
scourge of Da'esh , which is extending in and outside of Libya , 
confirming that succeeding in achieving stability in Libya , will 
benefit the Sahel and our world".
