Exchange of Prisoners Between Tabou and Tuareg Tribes.

Obari, 28 February 2016(Lana) A prisoner swap was completed between
the rival Tabou and Tuareg tribes in southern Libya, a tribal leader
said.
Representatives of the two factions have issued a statement in
which they said the two sides have agreed to do whatever necessary to
make the ceasefire hold, and to allow displaced families to return to
their homes as part of the a nationwide reconciliation scheme, said
Mohamed Sando, member of Tabou negotiating team.
They also invited the local council officials and state employees to
call to work.
