British Court Set Date for Looking Libyan Investment Company Dispute.

London, 24 February 2016(LANA) The British court looking a dispute
over the chairmanship of the $67 billion Libyan Investment Company
has set March 7 as the date for a hearing.
The hearing session will be held at the commercial court in London
on March 7, and could take the court several sessions to determine
who of the claimants of the chairmanship of the company would have
the direct authority to litigate the Goldman Sacks and Societe
Generale banks.
The Libyan Investment Company is subject of dispute between Hasan
Buhadi who was appointed by the interim Government in eastern Libya,
and Abdul Majeed Bresh who was re-named as the CEO of the company,
following a decision by the Libyan appeals court.
The Libyan Investment Company is seeking to file a law suit
against the Goldman Sacks and Societe Generale banks, demanding more
than $3 billion which it claimed the banks had mis-managed.
