Tripoli, 14.02.2016 - Lana - The spokesman for the committee No. 21 emanating from the national accord forums "Milad Nafathi" , said that the breakthrough was an initiative from national liberals , who held number of preparatory meetings , for the success of the foundations and principles of the national consensus forum. Nafathi , in a press conference held by the committee , today evening in Tripoli , viewed the first stages of the forum , in which he said that the first preparatory meeting were held in Tajura , followed by a second meeting in Khoms city , where they discussed several of basic principles , to be the guiding principles for the national consensus forum. He added that , the first national consensus forum which was declared from Misrata city on the 15th of last October , was the first start of the consensus council , that gathered various cities from eastern and western regions , to discuss the guiding principles of the forum. Nafathi , in the press conference , pointed out that , after the success of the first forum in Misrata , then followed by a second forum in Gharyan , on Thursday the 26 of last November , in which the conferees asserted on the unity of the Libyans , and rejecting intervening in the homeland affairs. Nafathi , praised the closing statement of the third forum of the national consensus , which was held in Tripoli on the 31st of last December , that rejects the political accord signed in Skhirat , and to seek a political Libyan-Libyan consensus. =Lana=
