Al-Saadi al-Qadafi trial postponed to March 13.

Tripoli, 07.02.2016 (Lana) Second Chamber of Tripoli Court of
Appeal postponed Sunday the trial of Al-Saadi al-Qadafi to March 13.
The public session was attended by president and members of the
court, the prosecution and defense lawyers besides the accused who
was standing in the dock.
The court decided to postponed the trial to march 13, at the
request of the defense team to prepare its defense and upon request
for confirmation by the prosecution regarding the veracity of the
document presented by the defense on the death of the second
co-accused and continuing detention of the first accused.
According to the warrant submitted by the prosecution, Al-Saadi
al-Qadafi is facing many criminal and felony counts such as
kidnapping, causing dishonour, serious harm, abuse of power, support
and financing of armed groups to uproot February revolution by
bringing in mercenaries and defining cities opposed to the former
regime using figures and marks leading to destabilization of security
and stability in the country.
