US defense secretary: we are monitoring the situations in Libya very closely.

Carter' , said that his country is monitoring the events in Libya
with a pinpoint accuracy , but it did not take any decision to expand
its role there.
During a visit to Nellis base in the US state of Nevada , Carter said
that the focus now is on a political change in libya , adding that
Da'esh organization is seeking to gain a foothold there , and to take
advantage of the deteriorating political environment , where the
organization was able to grab a piece of land , in which to terrorize
the citizens , and plotting terrorist plot which the US is trying to
avoid it.
The US official , stressed on the necessity to work on the success
of the political process in libya , expressing his country and other
countries' readiness to assist the Libyans to protect their country.
