Algeria Refuses to Open its Airspace for Anti-Da'esh Strikes.

Boteflika has informed the Head of the UN-brokered consensus
government in Libya Fayez Al Saraj that his country would not allow
the use of its airspace to conduct military strikes against Da'eash
positions in Libya, reports said.
The Algerian 'Al Bilad' newspaper quoted an Algerian diplomat as
saying the president office has asked Al Saraj to accelerate dialogue
effort internally, to promote security coordination with the
neighboring countries, to speed up the establishment of
constitutional institutions and to fight terrorism.
The Algerian President vowed that his country would not be
involved in any international effort to strike Da'esh terrorist
organisation in Libya.
Instead he called for alternatives to fight terrorism including
strengthening the internal front, to ensure that the political track
was not affected by the sensitive security situation.
