In the Italian 'La Stampa' newspaper interview yesterday Friday ,

Libyans , that we have no other choice rather than negotiations , and
without this rule , it is difficult for the international community
to contribute in the stability of Libya , where it could respond to
the government demands" , any accord government , and this includes
"the security filed as well", as he described it.
The Italian diplomat , renewed his assertion on ; "there are no
alternative plans today , on the bases of foreign interventions" ,
"of course , if there is a country that feels threatened , it has the
right to defend itself , and can decide to confront Daash
organization , according to the means accepted by the international
community" ; he added.
