Tripoli, 23.01.2016 - Lana - The international envoy to Libya 'Martin Kobler' , had condemned the killing of three Libyans by 'Daash' terrorist organization , in Nofliyah city east of the country , calling for the need to speed-up the political process in the country , to put an end to Libyans ordeal. Kobler , in a tweet on the twitter site , on Friday , expressed his shock of the crime committed , adding that "terrorism is a common enemy to the Libyans". =Lana=
