Tripoli, 18 January 2016(Lana) The Central bank of Libya has authorized the payment of salaries of public servants for December 2015 in accordance with the pay lists submitted by the Ministry of Finance. The Central Bank of Libya's role is restricted to granting authorization of payment to state institutions soon after they have been transferred by the Ministry of Finance. =Lana=
