Technologies authority organizes scientific seminar on modern administration concept.

Technologies Authority and Maintenance of Educational Utilities,
Hisham Al-Bouzidi presented a lecture at the Authority's premises in
Tripoli entitled; 'Modern Management Concept and Institutions'
attitude'.
The lecture which was attended by director general, head of
departments and staff of the authority focused on institutional
attitudes and causes of professional fatigue and incentives' theories
as well as management of change in institutions.
The lecture in line with the general training and development
plan within the authority was aimed at enhancing staff capacities and
improve their performance as well as keeping abreast with
modernization and development in administrative fields.
The lecture was concluded by a debate and discussions on themes
of the lecture.
