Kobler welcomes the UN security council decision in support of the accord among Libyan parties.

Kobler' , had welcomed the decision issued by the UN security council
, yesterday Wednesday , in support to form a national reconciliation
government in Libya.
In a press statement Thursday , Kobler said , approving the decision
, "is a primal significant step , but the serious and real work
starts now" , pointing out to the security council decision , in
giving the Libyan political agreement an international cover.
The UN special envoy asserted , for the new government to work from
Tripoli.
