Ministerial council decides to commission the PM to issue a decision for forming public institutions and their organizational structures.

Tripoli, 17.12.2015 - Lana - The ministerial council in the national
salvation government 'NSG' , had decided to authorize head of the
council 'Khalifa Ghwiel' , to issue a decision for forming public
institutions and organizational structures for them , as well as
naming their chiefs.
This came after the meeting , which was held yesterday evening in the
ministerial office , and was dedicated to discuss the current
domestic developments , in addition to transferring some ministries
to public institutions.
