Tripoli, 15.12.2015(Lana) UNSMIL has reaffirmed its support to Libyan people in preserving their territorial unity and rejection of any foreign intervention. It referred to the pressing need for a government of national unity to face the challenges its facing and at all humanitarian, economic and security unity. In a statement released last night UNSMIL stressed its commitment to Libyan sovereignty and rejecting any foreign intervention in Libya. The statement threatened to subject those responsible for violence and obstructing or undermining democratic transition in Libya to accountability. The UN fully approves the Libyan political accord and its sprung institutions and pledges to support the government of national unity being the sole legitimate government in Libya, it added. UNSMIL pointed out to ceasing official communications with individuals claiming to be part of the institutions not approved by the Libyan political accord. It appealed to all parties to accept the immediate and comprehensive ceasefire across Libya. =Lana=
