Special Envoys to Libya support political accord.

Paris, 09.12.2015 (lana) Special envoys to Libya from France, Germany, UK, USA, EU reaffirmed their support to the UN facilitated Libyan political accord being the only way to settle the political, security and institutional crisis in Libya. In a joint statement released by the French Foreign Ministry Tuesday, the ambassadors said the political accord constitutes a consensus and crowning a year of negotiations among broad segments of Libyan participants in the national dialogue. The statement said the accord enjoys the support of the Libyan people and majority of GNC and HoR members. the ambassadors and special envoys underlined their concern over the sufferings of the Libyan people, due to deteriorating humanitarian , and economy situation and the growing threat of terrorism by the so-called state organization. They stressed the need to form a national unity government to address the situation, referring to the full support offered by the international community to the national consensus government. They underlined that forthcoming Rome conference would reaffirm commitment of the international community to speed up conclusion of the Libyan political accord. =Lana=
