Tripoli, June 5, 2024 (LANA) - The head of the Tourism Police and Antiquities Protection Service of the Ministry of Interior met with the heads of the agency’s branches in the eastern, southern, and western regions, as well as the departments and offices of the agency.

According to the Ministry of the Interior of the Government of National Unity, the meeting discussed the development of security plans to protect archaeological and tourist sites, and the exchange of information in cooperation with all components of the Ministry to preserve the Libyan cultural heritage.
