Tunis, June 17, 2023 (Lana) The UN Envoy to Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, discussed yesterday with the Russian Ambassador to Libya, Aydar Aganin, developments in the Libyan political process.
"In Tunis, I met with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Libya, Aydar Aganin, and we reviewed the political process, including observations of Libyan stakeholders on 6+6 Committee outcomes," Bathily said in a tweet.
"We agreed on the importance of establishing a clear pathway to elections in Libya," Bathily added.
