The Council of Ministers of the Government of National Unity issues a decision to re-place the transferred employees at the disposal of the service.

Tripoli, June 15, 2023 (LANA) - Yesterday, Wednesday, the Council of Ministers of the Government of National Unity issued a decision to re-place the transferred employees at the disposal of the service.

The first article of the decision, a copy of which was obtained by the Libyan News Agency, stipulates that the Ministry of Civil Service shall re-place the transferred employees at the disposal of the service to all government sectors, and include them among its job cadres according to academic qualification and job grade.

  The second article of the decision obligated all ministries and sectors to enable those assigned to them to start work and include them in the job cadres according to the vacant positions they have, while the third article stipulated that the Ministry of Finance is committed to changing the career paths of the reassigned employees according to the unified salary scale, according to what is received from the different sectors.
