Al-Kabeer reviews the CBL's vision of Islamic banking in AAOIFI conference.

Tripoli 10 May 2023 (Lana) The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), Al-Sidiq Al-Kabeer, reviewed before the 21st annual conference of the AAOIFI, the role and vision of the bank in launching the activities of Islamic banks and preparing a suitable environment according to best practices.
The Facebook page of the bank stated yesterday that Al-Kabeer, during the conference that was held recently in Bahrain, discussed the importance of cooperation between the various institutions supporting and sponsoring Islamic banking, and keeping pace with rapid developments, especially in the digital transformation area.
During the conference, a framework cooperation agreement was signed between the CBL and the AAOIFI in the area of training and consulting.
