 Tripoli, 3 July 2022 (Lana) The Head of the Government of National Unity Abdul Hamid Al Dabaiba “in an attempt to win the support of Army Commander Khalifa Haftar, offered the latter the chance to choose the next Chairman of the National Oil Corporation, the "Africa Intelligence" website revealed.

 The website, close to the French intelligence services, specifically the General Directorate of External Security "D. R.S. said Sun’Allah was not yet ready to give way.

Few days earlier, the website reported that the Chairman of the National Oil Corporation Mustafa Sun’Allah stripped Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Al Dabaiba of oil revenues, as part of a US-backed financial blockade, which is keen to avoid any interruption in oil and gas production, against the backdrop of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
