Benghazi, 23 April 2022 (Lana) Libyan Airlines conducts first direct flights from Benghazi's Benina Airport to Istanbul airport on Tuesday with two flights per week, company official said.
Arafat al-Barghouti, an official at the Libyan Airlines air cargo terminal, told Libyan News Agency correspondent that next Tuesday the first Libyan Airlines flight will depart from Benina International Airport to Istanbul, after a halt of more than seven years.
Barghouti pointed out that on the same day, the Libyan Airlines plane 5 ALAK which was grounded for a year at Misrata airport and was maintained in Cairo, which lasted a year, will land at Benina International Airport on April 26th.
