Al-Briga Company: Maintenance teams at Tripoli Oil Depot finish equipping a 25-million-liter gasoline fuel tank.

Tripoli, April 9, 2021 (Lana) - The Briga Oil Marketing Company announced that the maintenance teams at the Tripoli Oil Depot on the Airport Road have finished supplying gasoline fuel tank No. (120) with a storage capacity of 25 million liters.

The company confirmed that it had started pumping to top up the reservoir balance and restart all pipelines connected to the pumps and distribution platforms.

The company indicated that this tank is one of the tanks that were damaged during the aggression on Tripoli, which caused the company to lose the strategic storage capacities of all types of fuel.

The head of the management committee of the Briga Petroleum Marketing Company, Ibrahim Abu Baredaa, had announced earlier that the resumption of work and the introduction of the fuel tank 120 into operation will be with the help of God before the blessed month of Ramadan after the completion of maintenance operations, as well as the tank number 123, which is in the final stages of preparation before its entry. To work before the month of May, and maintenance work is also continuing on Tank No. (122) within the work plan put into effect, and it will be scheduled for entry to work according to the programmer next July.
