GNA Interior Minister: Handover of Power to NUG is Civilized Gesture That Substantiate Sacrifices by Libyans.

Tripoli, 16 March 2021(Lana) Commenting on the handover between the incoming Government of Al Dbeiba and the outgoing GNA Government Interior Minister Fathi Pashagha said the handover by the Presidency Council and ministries was a civilized gesture that substantiate the sacrifices made by Libyans.

Pashagha called, in remarks at the event, on all security apparatus of the Interior Ministry to work with the new NUG Interior Minister to continue the effort of the Ministry.

He offered an apology to fellow Libyans for any un-willful dereliction of duty during his time at the helm of the Interior Ministry, saying there will be no chance for governing by force in Libya anymore, and that what we witness today is a reflection of the will of all Libyans.
