Tripoli, November 16, 2020 (WAL) - The German ambassador to Libya, Oliver Ovtsha, called for the need to agree on a new and temporary executive structure to manage the transitional phase in Libya, as the Libyan Political Forum held in Tunis approaches its end. "Ovtsha" said in a tweet on "Twitter" yesterday, that if the Libyan parties reach an agreement, this matter would be a strong indication of the unity and ownership of the Libyans of the political future of their country.
