Jordan Foreign Ministry: Company Involved in Arms Transport to Libya is not Jordanian and not registered in Jordan.

Amman, 24 September 2020(Lana) A Jordanian Foreign Ministry
Spokesman 'Dheif Allah Al Fayez said on Wednesday the Med Wave
company, on which the European Union imposed sanctions for its role
in violating arms embargo on Libya, was neither a Jordanian company
nor registered in Jordan.
Relevant bodies have unveiled the place, claimed to be the
premises of the company according to UN documents, and became clear
that there was no existence to the company at that venue, and that
the place was used as offices for another company which did not use
them, and was a limited company closed since 2013.
The was owned by two persons, one Jordanian and the other of an
Aran nationality who was declared bankruptcy and who was subject to
financial claims and court rulings in Jordan Dhaif Allah said.
He said his country's position to the Libyan crisis was clear,
that it supported a political solution through talks between Libyan
parties in accordance with adopted references and in way that
protects Libya's integrity.
