Libyan Company for African Investment Succeeds in regaining ownership of Libyan state owned resort in Tanzania.

Tripoli, 7 July 2020(Lana) The Libyan Company for African Investment
in cooperation with GNA Foreign Ministry succeeded in regaining
ownership of Libyan state owned Bahari Beach resort in Tanzania
capital Dar es Salam. The resort was seized by some parties in 2016.
A company source said all legal measures and procedures were made to
restore the ownership to the Libyan State.
Chairman of the company praised the efforts made by the foreign
ministry in following up and addressing issues facing Libyan
investments in African host countries.
Bahari Beach is a resort with a hotel launched in 2003 and regarded
one of Dar es Salam landmarks and occupies 24 hectares 25 km from the
City Centre.
