NOC: Losses Caused by Oil Exports Closure Exceeded $931 Million.

Tripoli, 6 February 2020(Lana) The National Oil Company has said
that losses incurred from closure of oil fields and terminals have
exceeded $931 million.
Oil production has plunged to 187.337 bpd as a result of the
closure, it said.
In a statement it issued on repercussions of the oil closure, NOC
said reservoirs in Tripoli and surrounding areas suffer shortages of
supply as a result of deterioration of the security situation, while
fuel supplies were available in the central and eastern regions.
The NOC for prompt re-opening the oil exports, indicating that
continued closure will have grave consequences on the country's
economy.
