He pointed out that the Berlin process was initiated by the international envoy 'Ghassan Salama' and German Chancellor 'Angela Merkel', who contacted the leaders of several regional and international countries and organizations and invited them to nominate their representatives in this process. Zaki stressed, that work is underway to come up with consensus positions that allow the international community to speak with one voice regarding the crisis in Libya.
