Sun'allah: Libya Plays Important Role as Gas Producer.

Moscow, 7 October 2019(Lana) Chairman of the National Oil Company
Mustafa Sun'allah said the company can increase gas production by 50%
of the 3000 million cubic feet per day.
Sun'allah, who took part in the Ministerial Meeting of Gas
Exporting Countries in Moscow, said $5 billion could be saved
annually if gas was used as a substitute for liquid fuel in power
generation plants.
He pointed out to the role that Libya could play as a key gas
producer, if needed investment was provided and the security
situation allowed.
