UNSMIL: Attacks on Civilian Infrastructure Grave Violation of International Law.

Tripoli, 7 October 2019(Lana) The UN Support Mission In Libya has
warned that attacks against civilian facilities and infrastructure
constitute a grave violation of International Humanitarian Law.
In a statement it posted to SMS page, UNSMIL called for
'immediately halt of meaningless attacks' as it put it.
