Committee Set up to Follow Court Ruling on Libyan Assets Abroad Convenes.

Tripoli, 20 August 2019(Lana) The committee set up by the Ministry of Justice to follow up the court ruling on Libyan assets has held its 4th meeting at the Ministry's headquarters here, chaired by the GNA Minister of Justice and attended by the GNA Minister of Finance, and the heads of legal departments at the Foreign Ministry and the Central Bank of Libya. On the agenda of the Committee's meeting were the report submitted by the Justice Minister on results of the visit by an ad hoc committee, to discuss implications of the seizure placed by the court on Libyan assets in the case of Al Hanna. The Committee also discussed a proposal forwarded by the case department on the mechanism of executing foreign court rulings against the Libyan state. The Committee decided to meet again next week to discuss any developments in the case. =Lana= =Lana=
