Konti: 2019 Libya Transition Year, Decision is Theirs.

Konti has expressed hope that 2019 would see free elections in Libya
for a better future.
In an interview with the Italian 'La Stampa' newspaper, Konti
said the decision is Libyans themselves, adding that the political
process should go through elections.
The proposed National Gathering planned in February could enhance
what has been brought forward in the UN roadmap and the Palermo
Conference, and create a consensus regarding forthcoming
entitlements.
Konti has earlier paid a visit to Libya during which he met the
President of the Presidency Council Fayez Al Serraj, the Speaker of
Parliament Agila Saleh and the President of the High Council of State
Khalid Al Meshri.
