House of Representatives Resumes on Monday, Endorses Constitutional Amendment.

Tobrug, 26 November 2018(Lana) The House of Representatives
resumed session on Monday under chairmanship of Agila Saleh the
Speaker. The first and second deputies also attended the session.
The House paid tribute to the martyrs of the terror assault on
the Police station in Tazerbou.
During the session a constitutional amendment has been endorsed,
which provided for protecting article 6 of the constitutional
referendum law, which meant that Libya will be divided into three
constituencies and the draft constitution to be agreed by a 50+1 per
cent in each province, and by two thirds of the population across the
country, the Spokesman of the House Abdullah Bleiheg said.
The constitutional amendment provided for endorsement of a
presidency council with a president and two deputies and a head of
government that's separated from the presidency council.
