GNA Interior Ministry Warns Ministry Affiliates Assigned to Protect Government not to Mingle in Institutions Affairs.

Tripoli, 22 November 2018(Lana) The GNA Interior Ministry said it has noted that some of its affiliates, assigned to do the security job at government buildings and state institutions tend to intervene in those institutions work, and mingle with their decisions which they have no business with. A statement signed by the Minister of Interior Fathi Pashagha and addressed to the Chief of Public Security, security posts, the Director of Central Security Department and senior officers said the role of security personnel was confined to providing the best conditions for public institutions employees to function properly and not to intervene in their work. The Minister instructed the Head of Public Security Apparatus and the General Security Department, to ensure that their affiliates do not mingle with the business of government institutions in any way, and that violators will face severe punishment. =Lana=
