President of PC issues decrees on reorganization of state institutions and centres.

Tripoli, 6 November 2018 (Lana) GNA Presidency Council issued
a set of decrees on organizing several centres and institutions
designed to operationalize it and offer their services.
The PC issued a decree on organizing the National cinema, Theatre
and arts centre. The decree provided the mandate of the centre to
consolidate the sound Islamic and Libyan components using theatre.
It also issued a decree setting up the National centre for Arts
and Legacy.
