Presidency Council Spokesman conforms that UN Security Council responds positively to President of Presidency Council letter on audit of revenues and expenditure.

spokesman, Mohamed Al Salak has confirmed positive response of the
Security Council to the letter addressed by President of Presidency
Council to UN Security Council asking for setting up an international
committee to audit revenues and expenditure of central banks in
Tripoli and Baida under the auspices of the UN.
At his weekly press briefing Al salak said implementation of the
idea is still under consultations and we will explain letter measures
taken to this effect.
On the visit of EU External relations Representative to Libya
and her meeting with president of presidency council, he said that
Moghrini underlined partnership between Libya and EU and EU support
to Libya in various fields and files and foremost the election track,
monitoring of southern borders, training of new batch of coast guards
and granting scholarships for outstanding students.
On the political process, Al salak renewed the presidency
Council's call for all parties to overcome the political dispute and
work for ending political divisions, unify sovereign institutions,
fulfill commitments and prepare the appropriate climate for
presidential and parliamentary elections on constitutional bases as
scheduled according to Paris meeting outcome.
