NOC lifts the state of force majeure at oil ports.

Benghazi, 11 July 2018 (Lana) National Oil Corporation (NOC) has
announced the lifting of the state of force Majeure at ras Lanuf,
Sedra, Zwitina and Al Hariqa oil ports after they were received
Wednesday and that production and export would be re4stored gradually
to normal levels in the coming hours.
Chairman and members of NOC praise the decision of the General
Command of the Libyan Army by putting national interest over
everything else. They also thanks the Presidency Council, House of
Representatives and High State Council and the international
community's for their efforts to address the crisis and pay tribute
for the martyrs who sacrifice their lives for the livelihood of the
Libyans and wish speedy recovery for the injured.
Mr. Sanalla also renewed his call for fair and transparent
distribution of oil revenues by saying; 'We are in a dire need for an
urgent national dialogue on equitable distribution of oil revenues in
Libya because this issue represents one of the main factors of the
crisis, and the only solution to address it is transparency.
Therefore I call on all relevant authorities such as Ministry of
Finance, Central bank of Libya to publish budgets and expenditure in
detail to enable all Libyans monitor every dinar is spent from their
oil revenues. I pledge to work with the relevant national bodies to
strengthen transparency and address the crisis to serve all citizens.
