Second national Reconciliation Conference calls for facilitating return of displaced to their homes.

Tripoli, 11 June 2018 (Lana) The participants to the second gathering of National Reconciliation organized by High National reconciliation Council in Greater Tripoli themed "Tripoli Capital of Peace' underscored that Libya is one with sovereignty with Tripoli as its capital, and the rights of all Libyans to take part in state building and opt their political system. The participants who represent various tribes from various Libyan cities called on the judiciary to take all measures with transparency and fairness and address the issues of the political prisoners and no one may be detained only by law. They also called for apply transitional justice, ease return of Libyan displaced within and outside the country. They also called for supporting the army under civilian authority, and support state institutions such as control bodies. =Lana=
