GNA Planning Minister: All Country's Economic Problems Will be Solved If Libyans Reach Political Solution.

Tripoli, 11 February 2018(Lana) The Government of National Accord Planning Minister Al Taher Al Jheimi has said that all of the country's economic problems would be resolved once the Libyan parties reached a solution to the ongoing crisis. He insisted that the country's crisis was a political one. Libya has the potential to overcome its ordeal and in a relatively short time, Al Jheimi told the audience at a workshop organized by the Ministry of Employment here today. The Minister said there was a need to reconstruct the Investment law, he called for promoting the private sector's role in the developmental process, saying the ideal way to curb un-employment is to encourage economic growth through investment spending, and this could only be achieved in an atmosphere of consensus.
