President of Presidency Council Meets Delegation From Murzoug.

Tripoli, 1 February 2018(Lana) The President of the Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord Fayez Al Serraj on Thursday met a delegation representing the Municipal Council of the southern city of Murzoug as well as the civil society organisations and the reconciliation committees. According to the Council's information office, the delegation expressed their support for Al Serraj has done to unite the country and achieve consensus. The members of the delegation voiced their demands from the Presidency Council including support for education institutions in the southern region, and also support for the security room and efforts being made to combat illegal migration. Al Serraj told the delegation the GNA had always followed a policy of equally distributing resources to regions across the country, and that he beloved that the role of the councils was to consolidate peaceful co-existence and to deny social protection for those who seek to undermine the country's wealth and resources such as water supplies, electricity and fuel. =Lana=
