AU Summit Kicks Off in Addis Ababa.

Addis Ababa, 28 January 2018(Lana) African leaders gathered at the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa for the 30th session of the African Summit meeting which officially opened on Sunday under the theme 'Victory in combating Corruption, Sustainable Track for Transition in Africa.' The meeting, the 30th, was reportedly marked with a huge attendance of African heads of state and government. On the agenda of the 2 day meeting, are issues including conflicts in the continent, terrorism, and the key issue of promotion of exchange between African member states and combating corruption and crime. According to the Ethiopian Foreign Ministry, more than 40 heads of state and government are attending the meeting. The meeting is being attended by more than 3000 delegates and is covered by more than 400 reporters from African and international news agencies. =Lana=
