GNA Transport Minister Meets Chairman of Board of General Express Transport Co.

Tripoli, 23 January 2018(Lana) The GNA Minister of Transport Milad Ma'toug has met the Chairman of the Board of the General Express Transport Company Ahmed Al Kanouni, and the CEO of the company Al Zubair Abdul Gader, to discuss upgrading the operating network at the company following the Government decision to extend the life of the company for another 10 years. The meeting also dealt with the need to allow the company's general assembly to convene to discuss the reactivation of the company and to look into the possibility of opening new routes as well as amendment of the statute of the company to allow private investments in the land transport. =Lana=
