President of Presidency Council receives Zelitin Delegation.

Council, Fayez Al Sarraj received Monday Zelitin Delegation in
Tripoli. The delegation includes House of Representative member
Mohamed Khalil and chairman of the municipal council, Maftah Hamadi
and other members of the council.
Members of the delegation voiced support to the Presidency
Council and measures taken by it to maintain peace and security and
stability in the country.
Mayor of Zelitin briefed the president on the difficulties facing
his municipality especially in equipping hospitals and schools and
issues of water and sanitation. The delegation also expressed
gratitude for the projects implemented so far in the municipality.
Al sarraj welcomed the delegation, stressing his desire to
address the problems encountering the municipalities across the
country on fair bases with more focus on priorities according to the
available resources.
The media office of the presidency said Al saran issued
instructions to mitigate issues encountering utilities in Zelitin and
finalizing projects that the municipality began implementing in
coordination with relevant ministries.
Al sarraj also answered queries of the delegation about the
ministerial reshuffle pointing out that this issue should be
discussed with parliamentary caucuses and the House of
Representatives should play pivotal role, however, in the presence of
a parallel body and not enshrining the Political Accord in the
Constitutional Declaration, the reshuffle will be discussed with
various political parties, stressing that broadening the base of the
government would include broad spectrum of competent from across the
country.
